Mac & cheese! Any version of it. Never fails to make me feel better. Also my cousin Gloria's pimento cheese. She's not sure what she puts in it besides the usual cheese, pimento and mayo but one unusual ingredient is dill.

I'm torn between chicken and dumplings and potato soup. Even comfort foods aren't easy!

add a couple of cans of clams to that potato soup and a little cream...creamy clam chowder!!!!

Oh, I forgot about potato soup. Now I'm starving! Maybe add a sprinkle of grated New York extra sharp cheddar cheese on top. A mug of Lady Godiva dark chocolate cocoa with marshmallows would be good, too
